Dr. Ploch is an excellent doctor; knowledgable, but most importantly interested in his patients well being and willing to help. Not a lots of those left out there...
He explained every test and procedure. He made sure we were fully informed. His staff was very professional, considerate, pleasant and extremely thorough and competent.
My husband was diagnosed, given all the necessary information, given the proper medication. Dr. Ploch came in and explained everything to us. Absolutely professional, caring and concerned. Dr. Ploch answered all our questions no matter how many times we asked the same ones.
He listens to me and takes the time to not only understand my concerns, but also to relate personal experiences and other relevant information. I never feel rushed and always feel like I have been heard and taken care of by someone extremely smart, capable and well trained.
I needed to be seen urgently and they were able to get a slot for me that same day. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He spends the time to speak with you and answer all your questions...
