Everyone there is kind, friendly and so helpful. Took my wedding set in to have stones tightened, and my main diamond re-tipped. Picked it up within 2 days and it looks so shiny and absolutely stunning! The staff is great at answering questions and calling back as soon as they can to update/help with whatever it is you need. Highly recommend!
Personal and friendly, yet professional...you know that they care about your choice in whatever it is you came to purchase. Palmer's has my vote as best jewelry store in Kokomo. The service dept. is amazing too.
Dropped off my engagement ring 2 sizes too small, a little tarnished, & a couple scuffs on it. Got it back and was amazed. My ring looked brand new and fit perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
