To start off by saying I met Mr Palmer as an accident. It was totally my fault. I must have called the wrong office, set an appointment And assumed it was his address and office I was going to....when I got there, And arrived at our appointment at 5:00 p.m. nobody was at The office. My assumption was I got stood up!!! And I was very wrong and soon realized by his staff and how prompt their team was that it was me in the fault for making the mistake.
