I was very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Knause was very helpful in addressing an issue I had. I look forward to having him work on my teeth.
I have had a couple visits to Dr. Palmers office and both times everyone has been extremely comforting and supportive! I had some serious procedures done (tooth extraction/implant/bone graft) and although I am not done with it all yet, so far they have been very helpful calming my nerves and giving me the best procedures to help me heal, and fix my dental issues in the best way. Dr. Palmer has proven to be a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist and I am truly very grateful to have my teeth in his hands!
When I met with Dr. Knause, I explained that I was limited with my funds and that my insurance only covered $1,700/year. Therefore I decided to split my procedure in half. Half this year and half next year. I had previously received a quote of $3,500. That was about 2 years ago. When I received my new quote of $4,800, I was in shock. Impressed! The time it took to remove and replace 5 amalgam fillings was much less than predicted. Dr. Abrams and her assistant were very attuned to body language and were able to accurately decipher what I was trying to say with a totally numb mouth and a mouth full of instruments. They’re an exceptional team!!!!
I am so happy to get my crown reattached without rebuilding it. The customer care was over the top with name introduction, and gluten free hot chocolate chip cookies.

very welcoming office. I came with a young friend who has never been to a dentist office or even had her teeth cleaned. She is 14 yrs old. Everyone there made us both feel welcomed. I will be back for my teeth cleaning and get my sister to come too. Really appreciate the glory you give to God.
