I am so pleased with Palmer Dentistry! I enjoy all the people and the quality work plus the natural approach.
I always feel well taken care of at Dr Palmer’s Distinctive Dentistry. The building is beautiful, the staff are kind and Katie the hygienist has become a friend. Darron and Dr Knausse were very personable and professional too. Dr Knausse used a laser to treat my cavity and it was done without pain, medication or discomfort. Dr. Palmer and his staff are all extremely professional and friendly! I love that they provide so many different services under one roof. I don't even live in Greenville but choose to travel there for my dental work. Great service!
I was thoroughly impressed with the entire office. The place feels like a home, not a dentist’s office. I’ve never been to such a warm and welcoming office. I was even more impressed by Dr Palmer and his staff. Everyone was so caring, and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Knause is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I required an unusual amount of numbing to remove my amalgam fillings. He and his equally compassionate staff made the visit considerably less stressful.

Dr Palmer and his staff are light years ahead technically and service wise - of dentists ive seen in New York, LA, Miami. It’s why I come here.
I have been suffering from TMJ and other dental and health condition without any explanation. They were able to discover 2 cavitations from wisdom extractions many years ago. Im looking forward to regaining my health back. They were very professional, welcoming, and the entire staff were very knowledgeable!
