Hygientist, Karen was very nice. I am very upset about treatment, or lack of, by dentist. This was my first official visit to the practice. (see history) When dentist came into exam room he did not introduce himself, say hello or even step in front of me so that I could see who he was. He did not say good bye when he left my cubicle. I asked the hygientist who the man was that had been looking in my mouth. She told me to had been Dr. Palmer. VERY BAD PATIENT INTERACTION! Certainly not a good first impression to the practice.
We have been in search for a holistic dentist for years, and we feel like we found the best! Dr Palmer and his staff are excellent, and are on the cutting edge of healthy dental care, with superior customer service.
Having dental work done is not usually something one enjoys, but as sweet Nora handed me my choice of music with headphones and sunglasses to avoid the bright lights, they turned an uncomfortable procedure into a worshipful experience as the words of the music helped take my thoughts of my situation and into the presence of God.
Dr Palmer’s practice is the best dental office that I have ever visited. The staff their are second to none. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist.
Dr. Palmer saw me same day for my broken tooth causing pain. Fixed me up with a filling in about 20 minutes and now that tooth has no pain anymore. Awesome staff and I really appreciate them!! Thank you
Palmer Distinctive Dentistry cares about you. The people here give you all their attention and do their absolute best to make you comfortable. I love the dental hygenists; they are so sweet and, while providing conversation, don't overwhelm you with chatter. I'm also very impressed with their focus on using natural products. And, the thing is, they work!
