I want to Thank the Staff and Doctor. I am a new patient and was treated as if I was family. I was seen and helped in a weeks time with a holiday involved (making sure I was pain free till I got in again). Dr pays attention to detail is concerned for you and how you feel. Hard to find another man with a gentle hand who makes sure it's done right. The whole staff acts like one big Family and treats you as if you are part of the team. My visit with Dr Bachman and staff was above and beyond what I expected. Dr. Bachman is gentle, understanding and excellent at communicating his findings and recommendations. The staff is super friendly. Office in general very professional, warm and welcoming. Have and will continue to recommend.

Called yesterday and got in first thing the next day. I just love this dentist and team. Always friendly, helpful, and knows his stuff. He discusses options with you, and doesn't push more expense on to you. As a matter of fact, this morning he told me to wait and see what happens going forward before I make any definitive choices. Best dentist I ever went to!

I had chipped my front tooth late last night. I called Palmer Dental and explained my situation. They called me back very quick and was able to get me in the same day. The receptionists were so pleasant. Dr. Bachman and his assistance Shrley were absolutely terrific. They made it a very relaxing experience for an upset patient. Dr. Bachman was able to work on my tooth and when I left the office my tooth was fixed. I was very happy. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you for all you did. You won't find a better dentist or staff in the Lehigh Valley! The whole office regularly goes above and beyond to provide patients with the best service. Always available to assist with scheduling or rescheduling appointments, insurance/payment concerns, etc. Highly recommend!!

Dr Bachman and his staff are ALWAYS amazing. My entire family sees them and it's like walking into my family's place. My teeth feel.amazing after my cleanings with no ridicule or pain from the hygenist (Linda). The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't change dentists EVER!
