It's almost a pleasure to go to the dentist.
The staff and dentist are all top notch. They treat you like family. They care about your comfort and treatment. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
For someone who HATES the dentist and who usually breaks down at the thought of going....this place was warm, welcoming, relaxing, understanding, caring, gentle, patient, and utterly outstanding. I am so glad I have found this place. It has changed all my thoughts on what a dental experience is, I am even exciting to go back for my cleaning in 6 months. Thank you so to the kind lovely ladies and Dr. Bachman.
As usual, Dr. Bachman and Linda were great. Love going to see both of them.
As a patient of Dr. Bachmans' at Gentel Family. Dr. Bachman was aware of the reason I left them, the dentist who replaced him told me, in less than 2min., I needed various $$ procedures done and out the door he went. Dr B. agreed ,after I tracked him down, the procedures weren't necessary.Dr B got a kick out of me always refusing novicane for fillings. Now Dr. B. won't see me because I refuse x-rays?... for personal reasons. I am very saddened by his decision...but I'll do as I've done before....c-ya

Well, this is a saddening post for sure. Unfortunately, situations like this do occur. However, I can not allow patients to push me to accept treating them below dental standards set by the state board and the ADA. I am responsible for patients' oral health and well being and I can not have patients dictate to me what treatment to render. By not taking radiographs at proper INDIVIDUALIZED intervals, patients become predisposed to numerous risks that I am not willing to supervise. Today was my first time at Palmer Dental, and I couldn't be happier. Linda, my hygienist, was gentle with my gums and shared her knowledge with me. Everyone in the office was kind and friendly--best experience I've had at the dentist in years!
Dr Bachman has been my dentist for several years. If impressed that he can fix the immediate problem quickly, but is able to look at my mouth and tell me what work will be needed over the over the next few months and year. I do have some long term work to be done and Dr Bachman went over 3 possible treatment options with general estimates so that I can plan for the long term.
