No thanks, I'm highly doubtful I will ever bring my vehicle back to palmen for service either. Brought my 14 charger in for a recall and asked if I could get a couple of sales codes added to my vin. I get attitude from guy behind the service counter "we dont usually do this here", but they did. I even paid for it, although they couldnt add one of them. A week ago I stop in and ask for them to flash my TCM/PCM for a gear ratio change needed for an OEM mopar differential I had installed. Again, same service guy behind the coun... read more

ZERO stars!! Don't go there. Once they have your money they don't care.
I call Roadside assistance and after waiting 6+ hours a nice lady called me back and said "sorry I called x amount of places but there is not anyone that will be able to come to you this evening. Try back when the weather is warmer" booooo The people that answered the phone were nice and I could tell that they felt bad but even after sitting on hold for 1.5 hours, this is a fail. I should note that my car is 1 year old; I drove it fine on Saturday (1 day ago); and the car only has 8000 miles on it. I will be calling Chrysler... read more
