Bad experience. They paid too much for glasses. I SUPPOSE PAY LESS. I get glasses not really good.
The old Palm Vision Center was excellent. You would get personal service. Now it became part of a chain and they care more about the money than the service. The doctor is the same and I love him but now we have to deal with myeyedr staff and policies. I took my daughter recently for contact lenses. They gave me a price for the year supply that was much higher than I could find online or at a different major store so I said I would not buy from them. The Doctor and staff are super! My husband recently purchased glasses and frame after the examination . The visit was thorough and we greatly appreciate the professionalism at the office!! I highly recommend MyEyeDr for all my future visits!
Dr. Anhalt and his team are the best I've found in Florida, so much so that after my parents joined us down here I told them I found an eye doctor for them that his staff was worth them driving an hour for. The opticians, especially Ivy Rose, are patient and thorough. They clearly care about doing right by their patients which has been a welcome change from other experiences I've had. Can't recommend them enough.
I love dr anhalt. Such a wonderful person No doctor ever gives you their personal cell and actually gets on the phone with your pharmacist. But this guy does. He's the best. His staff is wonderful. Very welcoming and warm. I cannot say enough. Wonderful people. Cooper City is actually a very special place.
