The apartments are reasonably sized and priced, and the management is awesome! The maintenance man, Nick, is always very prompt, and I feel safe when he comes by and I’m home alone.

I’ve lived here for 7 months now and have had a good experience so far! The pool is great, our unit is a nice size, and the maintenance man, Nick, is very helpful!

This was easily one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve had. We gave notice over the phone, and because it wasn’t in writing, we were charged an extra month at a higher month-to-month rate. Even though we disagreed with it, we paid the amount to avoid further problems. We have proof of payment, yet we were later told it “wasn’t received,” which led to more confusion and additional charges. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve dealt with. In my opinion We gave notice over the phone instead of in writing, and because of that they charged us for an additional month at a higher month-to-month rate than our normal rent.
