I love the special events here! The service is always customized. I also love that merchandise is very organized so I don't have to sift through every item to find my size here and there. Knoxville has several places to buy Lilly but this is always my first and favorite stop. Great job ladies!
I literally just left this awesome store. Even with all the crazy of APS going on they were the nicest ladies ever! I might live all the way I'm Louisville KY, but I already cannot wait to visit again!
I've never been to the store in person but they are wonderful in the phone order department! They can check their other stores for you and get you the item you're looking for without having to make all the calls yourself which makes the process seamless! They offer reasonable shipping and it arrives quickly! Thanks for great customer service everytime!

Not sure how I've never left a review for my favorite shop in Knoxville. The ladies of Palm Village are top notch & I love to visit with them when I stop in to shop. They've offered to have items I wanted transferred from another store. Their customer service is second to none. Spend just a few minutes in the store and you'll see what I mean.

I called in search of the newest two piece crop top & short set due to Lilly being sold out in my size online. The lady I spoke with was so sweet and so helpful! I have shopped in this store once before because it is the closest Lilly retailer to me, however I am not local. This experience made me want to make the trip to the Palm Village more often and it was certainly the best phone order experience I have ever had! I will definitely be ordering from them from now on!
