RecommendedThe girls at the Palm Village store are the absolute best! I live in Florida, where we have a lot of Lilly stores, however I travel to Knoxville often to visit family and I still choose to do my shopping via the Palm Village store! They are so helpful and really make you feel like family! Even if I am calling over the phone to place an order they make it the best shopping experience! This store will forever be my Lilly Pulitzer go to and home base!
I had a wonderful experience placing a phone order for an item that was out of stock locally to me. The women who took my order was super helpful and when she realized the dress was not in store here either, she quickly made arrangements to have it ordered. They also extended the courtesy of their $20 off promotion and the scarf GWP. My mender shipped in less than a week and included a handwritten thank you note. I will definitely be shopping with this lovey shop again, thank you so much!!

I think I owe my Lilly addiction to the sweet girls at Palm Village, Lesa and Sarah especially! Like some of my favorite prints, these girls are always bright and colorful and all about the small details! Shopping with them is always a special experience 💖

Wonderful ladies at this store. I stopped by on my way home from vacation looking for a particular dress. They did not have it but looked up several stores that did. I will definitely go back when I am in that area.❤️
