Palm Dental very professional dental business. I was not qualified to get my dental work done here. The office staff reviewed my dental insurance and called in a timely manner. They explained everything and returned ally calls immediately. The staff very friendly and responsive.
RecommendedIf your looking for an average dentist this is not the place. If you need a awesome dentist who truly cares about your dental issues then Palm Dental is the office for you. Your care and comfort is first and foremost which makes every visit a pleasure.
Very friendly staff and dr. I always feel at ease even though I hate going to the dentist. They are going above and beyond to follow all covid protocols.

Everyone (doctors, hygienists, staff) is very friendly and always asks how I feel during my visit. They have a great health safety protocol. You check in from your car through call/text and then they let you know when you can come in. Even before covid, I've never had to wait long to be called in from the waiting room. Then they take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer. Everyone is wearing a mask, except when you need to take it off for your cleaning or other.

After doing some research, I decided to have Dr. Ho do my Invisalign treatment. So glad I did!! Since she does a lot of these cases, she’s very experienced and knew exactly how to straighten my front teeth out. She explained the whole process thoroughly and made it easy to understand. Kitty helped me understand what my insurance benefits were and had all the information cleared up even before we started with taking the molds.
