Today was the 4th time in 8 months that my guest bedroom has flooded. Of the 8 months, I've spent a total of 3 months without the use of my second bedroom and because I have to pull everything out of that bedroom, I'm unable to use my living room and dinning room because that's been storage while they fix the room. This management company is terrible. Keep all your lease paperwork like I did, because all of the reviews on here that talk about exorbitant fees are true. After carefully re-reading my lease paperwork, the instructions to break a lease are pretty simple. File a 30 day notice of vacancy (done); pay the 30 days left of your rent (done, $1051); pay two months rent when you actually vacate the property as your lease break fee (done, $1926); give back any concessions or possibly pay for damages (n/a).
