Its very quiet, and residents seem to be nice! I've never seen any employees or management while visiting. Property is well kept. Has a little room for improvement but definitely on track
My husband and I got housing through DRC'S Permanent Supportive Housing a little over a year ago. At that time DRC was running it. The apartments switched case management to Samaritan house. They ate both good in their own ways. The apartments are pretty clean, they have a pest management company come in once a month to keep the place bug free The Samaritan house folk are friendly and fairly informative. Like I said my husband and I moved in a little over a year ago and we pretty much like it here
Very clean environment
Went to visit friends and had a good time.
