I had an awesome experience at Gettel Toyota. The salesman JR was hilarious and to the point. The manager was very polite and considerate. They also honored the interest rate I came in with despite us having to make changes to the loan. Their energy was great and NOT desperate!

My husband has bought two vehicles here which came with a maintenance agreement for free maintenance for extended time. Every time he made an appointment for the maintenance he waited at least one hour even tho he had appointment. He had an appointment yesterday at 830 am. At 10 am they hadn’t even looked at the car so he just left. Very poor customer service. Never buy another vehicle there.

I bought a used certified RAV4 and have only had positive interactions with Gettel. The service dept has met all my maintenance needs. They. Are friendly and helpful which makes going there a pleasant experience. They helped me with learning how to use features of the vehicle. I highly recommend Gettel.
