The service department is awful. After repeated attempts to find a decent employee I completely gave up. After my service appointment Saturday September 26, I literally drove to another dealership and bought a new car from someone else. Now if I can get the constant emails, texts and phone calls asking me to buy again to completely stop. I received two offers and this survey today alone. Fingers crossed, bye Gettel.
