Appointment did not take forever.
Drove the new Tacoma from Indy to our place in FLA. At 5000 miles on the odometer the “Maintenance” light came on so I took it to nearby Gettel Toyota. Never been there before. The service rep was very courteous and professional and said it just needed a standard maintenance check and tire rotation. Great. 40 minutes later (tops) I’m heading home. Cost? Zip - nothing! Toyota does it right.
