This review is solely based on the terrible customer service I experienced today. I ordered delivery and ordered #44 Pepper & Garlic as shown on the menu page on their online website. The photo clearly shows a picture of a meal that comes with rice. When it was delivered, there was no rice. I called the restaurant back and told them that they forgot to deliver the rice, thinking it's a no brainer and they would apologize for the mistake and send someone over to deliver it.
