Dr. Shepherd and his team provide amazing service that combines professionalism and friendliness to make the patient feel genuinely valued. Trish, my hygienist, is a star.
After living in major cities -- New York, DC, Baltimore, Los Angeles -- this is by far the best dental office I've had. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They use state-of-the-art technology and are reasonable when it comes to what's necessary now and what can wait. And my technician, Trish, is outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd.
I enjoy going to Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They have good customer service upfront. The staff is very quick efficient and helpful.

Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is a dental practice that I rank as exceptional. The staff from the front office to Dr. Shepard exhibit professional and personal skills that one would hope to find. The entire staff in addition to be professionally skilled is extremely personable. What more can you ask for?
