I had my 6 month cleaning with Cara now have a new mouth. It is perfect.
From scheduling to the actual appointment, Dr. Shepherd and his team are A+! I've accessed dental care all over the world and this practice is the best.
Cara did a great job today at cleaning my teeth. She also cleaned my retainer for me.
I had a small emergency and the team worked me in and assured me that everything was fine. Thanks to Dr Shephard.

Arrived early for my appointment, and was recognized by name from the receptionist, who offered me water or coffee while I waited. Neither which was necessary as I was promptly escorted to an exam room and assisted. Dr. Shepard offered thoroughly explained my situation, offered various options, and took time to listen to my concerns with procedures and timelines for treatment. I found the staff to be highly knowledgeable and extremely warm and welcoming. While being a citizen of the US, I live abroad and had a dental emergency, I called and got an appointment within 2 hours and everything taken care of by midday. No pain either! I could not have felt more welcome and taken care of with this great team. Wish I could take them with me. Thank you! I would have selected "Outstanding" rating if available.
