The staff and Dr. Shephard seem to always knock it out the par. The customer is always the focus. Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and caring.
Could not have been happier with my experience!! I arrived an hour before closing without an appointment after my crown broke off with most of my tooth. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and encouraged me to wait to see if I could be seen. Dr. Tom was amazing!! He carefully explained my options and then stayed an hour and a half past closing hours to complete the procedures (pulling out my tooth and doing a socket graft). He is a true professional. From the minute you walk in the front door you can feel the positive energy. Caring and responsive people throughout the whole organization. I felt like I was in great hands with each person I came into contact with. A highly professional team.
The office is very clean & doesn't smell like a dentist's office; the environment feels comfortable and safe; equipment used is up to date and in good working condition; staff is phenomenal & always professional! With all the patients the staff see, I am consistently greeted by name. I've been coming to this dental office for years and recommend it to everyone, especially to people who are apprehensive about going to the dentist. You'll be surprised and will make this the last dentist office you'll ever go to!
