I felt I was in good hands and very confident the treatment I received was based on an understanding of my needs, which was followed with expert care. I was in town for Indian Wells and experienced a dental emergency. I could not have been more surprised and delighted from the first phone call. Everyone in this office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I can’t thank you all enough for taking such good care of me while I was panicked and a long way from home. I will forever be indebted to you all for being so incredibly kind.
First time visiting Scott Sheppard’s office. Wow what a great experience. I’m no stranger to dentists and this experience was top rate from check in to leaving after exam.
