Great as usual.
Another great visit to the dentist for my teeth cleaning. Cara provided exceptional service. Very through in her work and delightful conversation. The front office staff and PETA were very helpful in updating my insurance and scheduling my next visit. What a great team Dr. Shepard has assembled. PWM

I highly recommend Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. They are extremely professional, always friendly and courteous, and very reasonable. I have been going to them several years now, and will continue. Just had my teeth cleaned yesterday, along with the periodic xrays and examination. All well done.
As always, Steve did a great and painless job on cleaning my teeth. That is why I have only gone to him for the last couple of years.
Everyone was very friendly and professional! I asked a lot of questions, and both Ruben and Dr Shepherd were extremely patient and helpful. I have a follow up appt scheduled for April, with no associated anxiety. They also were right on schedule with my appt, which I really appreciate.

After having horrible filings done on my front teeth at another practice, I called Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and talked to Peta. She was amazing and helped me set up a consultation to get my teeth fixed. She listened while I almost cried about how bad my teeth were and reassured me that they would take care of me. Everyone in the office is super nice and great at their jobs! Dr. Shepherd fixed my teeth and takes the time to make sure you’re happy. I will come to this practice for all my dental needs!
Dr. Sheppard saw me for an emergency. He somehow found the time to see me immediately between patients. I am very grateful. He also did a great job putting my tooth back together. Staff and assistants were friendly, helpful and professional as well.
