Today was my first appointment to the office and I was extremely impressed. The receptionist was great and very appreciative that I had come prepared with forms filled out and signed. The entire staff, dentist, technician and hygienist were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. My hygienist Steve was so good. He times his questions so you can answer them without too much going on in your mouth...He is also thorough and efficient. The time in the Chair flew by. When he was finished I wanted to stay and chat ... (But of course, he had other patients so I quietly left.
Not a big fan of dental work but had a tooth chip so needed to find a dentist. Got a referral from a neighbor as we are new semi-residents. From the first contact by phone to the office visit I only have high praise for all the people I spoke with or saw. Today Emily, Diego and Dr Tom were all efficient, friendly, caring, professional and skilled. I felt no anxiety and will return to do some work that needs to be done. So glad I have found a “new” dentist!!

Trish is such a great hygienist. I am retired from the dental field in the Bay Area. I did research before picking my dental office home in Palm Springs. PSFCD has everything I wanted in the dental office. From the front office intelligence of procedures and customer service, the dental hygienist, techniques, technology, sterility and Dr. Tom dentistry is top of the class. Having an eye for a dental office, high expectations of quality of personal, technology and human touch this office has it all!
