Very friendly staff and great place to be living ! Avenue Living is absolutely Amazing! They are so understanding and patient and if unfortunately, we had to use the maintenance request hotline number for a service request, the response time and quality of work or service that was received after being reqested was second to none! Please avoid, especially if you have children. We put in a maintenance request (well many) for bugs in December and problem was finally looked at in July. But oh look…as I am writing this I see one! Forget about a mailbox. Whatever goes in will be stolen and mailbox busted. They don’t care about you. Don’t listen to you. The place is loud, drug and bug infested and questionable. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and sleep in peace.
