Every year on our wedding anniversary , my wife and I make reservations and enjoy our same table same wine and our same delicious steak dinner for two. Our server Adam , went beyond his duty as our waiter and it was more like our friend cooking and serving. His knowledge on food and wine was unmatched. I ALWAYS recommend “The Palm ” over any other steakhouse in the city.
My wife and I have been loyal Palm customers for 4 years now and for very good reason. This place is all about family, excellent food and a fantastic array of choices in craft cocktails, Fine Wines and beer. The entire staff from culinary to wait staff, bartenders and management provide a perfect dining and entertainment experience every time. Well worth our drive to Chicago and they give value for the price. Today we are spending our Thanksgiving with our Palm family. Thanks again.

Good service. Good food. Had lobster bisque, wedge salad, crab cake appetizer & key lime pie. The bisque was nice with a few small pieces of lobster but not fantastic. The crab cake though had a high crab to filler ratio. Was good.
Service is outstanding, our waiter michael made the whole experience unforgettable. He made great suggestions. Coconut scallops and crab cakes were delicious and fresh. Steak filet was so flavorful and had a perfect char. All the sides are great but the creamed spinach is sooo good. everything was amazing. Drinks are perfect and come out quickly. Always make this place number 1 for events and get togethers
The food and the service here was amazing! Great way to spend a wedding anniversary! We will definitely be back again.
