On my Chicago arrival for the NRA Show, I checked into the Swissotel and got to my room to make a reservation at The Palm Restaurant. My server was Michael and he delivered genuine, friendly and professional service. The entire dining room TEAM assisted unobtrusively with my dinner and Service. All had great "restaurant eyes" being observant. My steakhouse wedge salad was perfect as was my New York Strip! Also had two managers visit and check on me during my meal. Thank you to all. Now the key phrase....Yes, I'll be Back!

We had an amazing night out with friends at The Palm tonight. Beautiful space and amazing staff. Adam could not have done a better job. The food and desert were so great. Definitely recommend the filet and 7 layer chocolate cake!!
