The best steak I've ever eaten, too bad the service was second class. But we were compensated with desert. Our second server was a great improvement. Overall a good evening.
Excellent food and service. I am 837 member so I regularly dine at The Palms restaurant in different cities, but the Palm Chicago is better than others. The waiter made the experience even better. Highly recommend the wedge salad, lobster bisque, lobster and filet mignon.

The Rib Eye was below my expectations. However, the service was good.
I have had the best meals,drinks and times at the Palm! Love the management and bartenders! Awesome, awesome place to hang out!
