Walk on by – I have been to the Palm in DC and NYC ...they were awesome... so I was anxious to try the one in Atlanta. I ordered the linguine with clam sauce and my fiance ordered a steak. His steak was dry and was quite small. The linguine with clam sauce was a very small portion and had very few clams and had absolutely NO FLAVOR!!! I told them simply to take it off the check -- as far as I was concerned, it was an insult to my intelligence. The manager insisted on fixing the dish. When he brought it back, there were a few... read more

Abysmal – Wow, what a lot of hype about absolutely nothing. This was my first and last visit. I will admit that the service was excellent but there was nothing else about that place that I could recommend. Everything was very expensive and I can?t imagine, based on what I ate, why anyone would want to pay that much. I had the lobster for two special. The salad was huge and hard to eat and the lobster was overcooked and dry. Whatever they were serving as butter wasn?t. It was tasteless oil. We got two sides?brussel sprouts, a... read more

In my business capacity as President of CAC I have travel extensivly around the country and always look forward to dining at the Palm on my Atlanta visits. I would like to especially make mention of one of your bartenders, Jordan Wagner. Not only does know how to make a marvelous cocktail, but his personally and friendly demeanor is a true asset to your organization. His service keeps me coming back. Thank you and please make sure that Jordan is aware of my expericences at the Palm. Thank you

Always good – Food was great, service great. Been to this locationa and in Tampa, FL always a good meal. We were celebrating my daughters 14th birthday and everything went great. She had the lobster bisque and loved it. I had the veal and my husband had Filet. All the sides are great. I ordered a Lemon drop martini and I got something else. Waiter was quick to take it away and bring what I ordered.

The Palm I first ate at the Palm in D.C. and then in LA. And now in Atlanta. It's consistently good fine dining with excellent service. Pricey. Good crab cakes. Good for a special occasion.

Upscale steakhouse rewards high-profile patrons by immortalizing their likenesses in colorful caricatures. – In Short With its Italian-tinged menu and playful artwork on the walls, this national chain (which got its start in 1926) maintains a congenial atmosphere even as corporate patrons use company credit cards to pay for 36-ounce New York strips or jumbo lobsters. Sitting in dark wood chairs placed at tables topped in white linen, suit-jacketed gents and ladies sup on prime steaks, chops and hearty portions of classic Old... read more

Hands Down!! – This place is amazing. The wait staff is very gracious and attentive. I was really impressed when we told the waiter it was our first time. We were "virgins" at The Palm. The manager came over and gave us a card, introduced herself, and gave us a free appetizer. As if that wasn't enough...the wine was excellent and the lobster was to die fore. Nice and juicy!!! Everything was absolutely the best down to the little figures drawn on the wall which gives it a playful atmosphere. You have to try it and so worth th... read more

best all around dining experience – i took my wife and her parents to the Palm for her birthday lunch and had one of the best meals of my life. the service was very attentive and personal. it was our first time dining there and they welcomed us with smiles and a round of cocktails. We ordered off the dinner menu, everything was brought out on time and was cooked perfectly. it was obvious they take pride in their business. Worth every penny.

THERES NO PLACE BETTER!!! – Superb!!! not much more that can be said. Took my family to eat there last night. I was inpressed by the professionalism of the staff from the moment i walked in the door. A warm greeting at the door. The waiter was quick whitted and made us feel invited. I was also impressed when he paid attention to my children and made them involved at the table. Jimmy was his name. He brought out a 6lb lobster for the kids to see, (which amazed us!!) Definately will be back SOON!!! Thanks To everyone at the Pa... read more
