I love most The Palm steak houses however this one was not that great. Staff was not really friendly and the presentation of the food was nothing great. I really hate to say negative things about this restaurant but if you want a special meal when visiting this area I would choose another spot.
Nicole and Jimmy are the best! Made me feel at home when weather delayed my departure - twice!

Service was horrible, expected more from a top of the line steak house. Steak was undercooked as well. Lobster salad was incredible.
