The property manager mike has no idea what he is doing. Smells of alcohol and misses appointments. Doesn’t pay his bills timely. Promise the world and will never get you anything but a hard time.
During our 5 yrs renting through Palm Realty we were treated wonderfully. Any issues with the house were handled in a timely basis. Harriette and my home's owner were excellent to deal with. If we ever end up back at the beach Palm Realty will be my 1st stop.
