I’ve been renting with palm realty for almost 4years now and never had an issue with their service. They are always quick to respond to my maintenance request and when I maybe running late on rent the new palm realty team is always easy to talk to, understanding and accommodating to my needs. Honestly these are the reasons I’ve been renting with them for years, my family and I are very happy with the new team and I highly recommend Palm Realty to anyone who is looking to rent in Panama City Beach.

U can never get maintenance over to fix anything it was so cold out and we had to hire someone to fix are heating system it’s illegal not to have heat when it’s freezing out but want there rent on time hmm and charge a arm and a leg for late fees after I paid the late fees don’t ever rent from them

They were so friendly to rent from and they worked with me on any issue that arose during my lease. I stayed 2 years with only them until I purchased my Lynn Haven home.

Working with the staff is amazing. They are so real, they don’t brush you off and they always do their best to help out the clients. Couldn’t ask for more!

Please beware of this Company! First of all, unit priced 350 over same unit that they manage on same road. Maintenance is grossly incompetent. Hole in ceiling from before we moved over 2 years. When they dont get their way, they yell eviction even though your rent is paid up. Almost every appliance broke down. Piping so bad that it rained in kitchen sink every time used bathroom. There are many good management companies , Dont use these guys, HORRIBLE!!!!!!
