Its clean and the perfect size for a empty nester.
Did work for these people in good faith and they will not pay. It has been months and they keep giving us the run around and will not pay their bill.
Unfortunately, I've had to change my previous 5 star review to a 1 star. The last couple of years with them were fine. But my last few months on my month to month lease were a nightmare. I had a leak, their contractors pulled the ceiling out but left a huge hole with black mold exposed for 6 months. Still wasn't fixed at move out. Received a disposition letter that I was being charged for numerous things but the company refuses ro respond to my emails about the details of what I was being charged for. The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone and your maintenance request will sit unread for months regardless of how many times you try to follow up.
