I feel conflicted leaving this review because up until move out, my time with PP was actually pretty great. They were quick to respond to work orders, easy to communicate with, and our rent was very affordable. However during the move out process, my opinion and perspective changed. DO NOT RENT 1910 E 58th Street. This is the absolute worst property management company you could find. Avoid there homes and apartments at all costs. Leasing office is absolutely terrible and will never respond to phone calls and emails, they are so internally unorganized. They also do not have an emergency maintenance line or a proper maintenance team that can fix issues. They will come out look at what’s wrong and give you some weird thing to try that makes no sense. ZERO STARS! We strongly advise against renting from Palm Property Management. I have clean rental history and excellent credit, yet my application was denied for a completely unjust reason. In their email, they stated that I listed an address on my driver’s license and that, since they manage that property, I was considered an “unapproved resident,” which they claimed was a lease violation.
