I do not exaggerate when I say do whatever it is you can to not sign a lease with these people (if you can even give them the satisfaction of calling them that) and if you have the guy to sign any lease with them, make sure you deeply deeply read it and understand that you're signing up to do their work. My daughter lives at one of their properties and they do not respond to maintenence calls.
I don't write a lot of reviews but I can't in good conscious not post this to warn people. I toured two houses yesterday, 5/11. The first looked like a trap house. It was completely run down. The counters were disgusting, the windows were rotting, and it smelled like mold. Whatever, we moved on hoping the next one would be better. It wasn’t.
