Did work for these people in good faith and they will not pay. It has been months and they keep giving us the run around and will not pay their bill.
Unfortunately, I've had to change my previous 5 star review to a 1 star. The last couple of years with them were fine. But my last few months on my month to month lease were a nightmare. I had a leak, their contractors pulled the ceiling out but left a huge hole with black mold exposed for 6 months. Still wasn't fixed at move out. The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone and your maintenance request will sit unread for months regardless of how many times you try to follow up.
These people are the definition of slum lords. They allowed the owner of the property to come into our home a few days before our lease was up and dispose of all our belongings, then they didn’t even want to pay us out close to the price of the property that was lost. I thought property managers were supposed to advocate for the owner and tenants?
