Rented with them for almost two years. Horrible experience. I think their staff changed completely multiple times while living in one of their properties, but who knows, they don't communicate. They don't provide emails to contact and you are left to the whim of their resident portal and phone line, which sometimes they follow up requests and sometimes they don't. Never rent from them !!!!
So we've been here almost a year, in a little Duplex on Johnny Mercer, it's not perfect but it's 1200 a month and the best price in town. It's comfortable, it's spacious, we were able to Build a little fence for our little dog, and we love our backyard. It's pretty wooded in the back. I see a lot of bad reviews but we haven't had any trouble here, we've been happy.
This is the worse place I ever lived. Neighbors are very kind but this establishment doesn’t take the safety of home living seriously. If you like roaches and don’t want anyone to get rid of them I suggest you stay here. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt because the floors and walls are uneven and don’t be fooled by newly renovated because it’s built on top of old everything.
