Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Christine the technician is wonderful with mom. Very soothing and comfortable. Christine remembered mom from before and was very kind. The other technician we had last time was also really wonderful and sweet. The front desk is a little off putting, one definitely does not get a warm welcome. Rather they seem to be doing it all by rote. This was my third time there and every time it has been the same. Scheduling is fast and they work hard to accommodate.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Even though the waiting room was full, I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
