RecommendedI scheduled a mammo and Dexa scan. I waited weeks and took time off from week. Only to get there and she said your mammo is a different day. I told her no it was today, she said oh the tech it’s not here. REALLY a phone call could have been nice since I drove 1 1/2 hours out of my way for these appointments. Not good customer service either. I work in the medical field -customer service is very important.
Very kind at the front desk and at the MRI Department.
I was in 1st thing this morning, filled out the info sheet and was called for the images, finished and out the door in record time. Thank you to all the courteous staff.
Courteous and helpful staff
The staff was very efficient and friendly and I was in and out for my mammogram in 25 minutes.
Timely, professional, yet personable, service.
We got there and I was taken back on time. I don’t remember the girls name that did the Ultrasound but she was very professional and pleasant. We chatted about good restaurants and she told me of a place that we want to try. The lady that did my mammogram also was very nice and professional. I always dread these things but I didn’t have any problem with how she did it.
the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
My experience today couldn’t have been better. I was treated with genuine kindness and respect by a staff of very pleasant and efficient technicians and clerks. My three procedures were completed within 30 minutes with no waiting in between. The facility is also clean, airy and comfortable, making what can be an unpleasant but necessary experience much more pleasant and manageable.
