I do recommend Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Palm Desert location on Fred Waring needs to be updated and enlarged. Wait times are long. Personnel are all wonderful but it would be much better in a better location.

I like that I am able to have access to a more open MRI machine, as confined places make me nervous. That’s the plus for me. The friendly and quick check in is a great as well. Even if I have a closer place to go, I’d rather do it in Palm Springs for the things mentioned above.
My nurse was very good at explaining what was going to happen as I never had an MRI before! She was very professional!
Quick and polite check-in process. Filled out a couple of easy forms and was called back to be seen within 5-10 minutes. Very professional all around. Thank you.
Wait was close to the hour the staff projected. X-ray tech was very polite and efficient.
Everyone was kind and helped me with anything I needed.
Staff that works there is always friendly and efficient, I am satisfied to go to this facility for my x-rays
