I recently moved to Bartow from Lake Wales and was in need of a primary Doctor! I attended a workshop from Palm Medical and the service they provide for Seniors! The clinic is conveniently located near my home and became a patient to Dr Patel! I am pleased with the care and attention to my health They provide in house labs and prescriptions are filled the same day! No waiting! This is a horrible Dr office, if you have any medical concerns I would not go here because they do not take anything serious! I went to get a check up and Dr Patel said I'm fine instead of checking me out, later the same day I ended up in the hospital. If you try telling the staff anything they did wrong or the doctor did wrong they will stop seeing you and won't even give a notice. Very unprofessional and all the staff look like highschool students joking around, very rude and talking about other patience loudly in the wait... read more
My doctor left the clinic where I receive care, yet the Customer Service department never informed me of the change; when I arrived for my appointment with my blood test results ready, there was no doctor to see me—there was no explanation, no viable solution, and not even an apology.
