All of them having parking in front of the home, washer/dryer hookups and/or laundry rooms, adequate yard space, porches, and many of them are drywall and have real wood cabinetry and have neutral beige paint with white trim. We have been here for 9 months and let me tell you Debbie the office manager is a sweetheart but Noel is the worst, clueless on many things. When I had a question or concern I asked Debbie about and she told me not to worry that we were fine, yet the next day Noel slapped us with a violation notice, not to mention that half of the paperwork my or my husbands names were spelled wrong. Been here for almost a year now. No leaving until I Buy a House. Best renter experience I've ever had. Property manager Debbie is awesome
Been here 2 months now and we love it! Safe, prestine grounds, awesome management. They do alot of great stuff for the residence.
Clean, relatively safe, great staff with few exceptions. Little overpriced but keeps bad seeds out.
