Very pleased with the service and amenities. Renovated room had a good tv, microwave, iron, fridge freezer, A/C. Great pool and hot tub, table tennis, pool table. The gym could improve a bit and the breakfast included in nearby diner could be better
Not gonna lie, our stay admittedly had a rough start as we quickly ran into a cockroach as soon as we entered our room. However, I must extend my gratitude to all the staff who were extremely apologetic and quickly rectified the issue, moving us to a different room and ensuring that the previous room would be properly cleaned and not reissued. The front desk agent said she had never experienced such an occurrence in her entire tenure and honestly I believe her and don't believe this should be a reflection of a common stay. A... read more

Room was moldy in bathroom A lil outdated Room control wasn’t working properly and ac was loud and felt muggy moist in the room We stayed 2 night due to family in hospice not doing well and visited to make arrangements with family Overall it was close and yet was happy with our stay
