One star because I cannot rate it with ZERO. Very disappointing experience with this building’s management. We applied to rent an apartment and encountered disorganization, inconsistent information, and extremely poor communication. Follow-ups were ignored, answers were vague, and the process felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. The manager and staff are lovely. But the owners are crooks. They will steal your security deposit and flat out lie and overcharge to squeeze every last penny out of you. The lease contract is filled with lopsided addendums that they’ve added. AVOID living here!
