I had an excellent experience at Palm Court. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly!!!!
To be charged for ice tea with a meal is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Also to tack on an 18% gratuity on a drink order that is a cash bar especially at a luncheon is absurd! My friends paid a total of $27 for a Bloody Mary and 1 glass of white wine. This is unheard of for an establishment of this caliber! We weren't at the Ritz Carlton. A $100 tab for lunch for two adults is pretty hefty again for a mediocre restaurant! On a final note, the portion of the cheesecake and the tiramisu was quite petite!

We have been going to Palm Court for forty years....never ever had a bad meal. Have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and holidays here. Food is consistent as well as the wonderful waitstaff. Look forward to many more delicious meals.
My great friend and I came for the second time together. Today I ordered the bone-in ribeye. Ladies and gentlemen, I have eaten beef all over the world including the best steak restaurants that I believe are in the state of Nebraska, however, todays steak was absolutely now considered the number 4 out of the top five best steaks that I’ve ever had. Our server, Barb, gave us absolutely the best, I mean, THE BEST, customer service.
Food is consistently Good... Great wait staff... It would be nice if they invested in a Blender for the Bar so they can make drinks like a Frozen Brandy Alexander...
The service was terrible tonight, but the food was very tasty. we will try again.
