Horrible New Years. We had a 6pm reservation and didnt get a table until 7pm. Had to send my food back 3 times for an undercooked Filet. After the 3rd time, what was supposed to be a medium filet, was a hockey puck which they wouldn't fix. after our terrible dinner, we were having an after dinner drink, when told we had to leave our table because they needed it. We will never go there again. HAPPY NEW YEARS

This place was a complete disaster on Christmas Eve. Had a 6 p.m. reservation with family that had driven in from Naperville. We arrived and there were more than 50 other people there waiting too, some with earlier reservations. A manager told us it would be a 20-minute wait, but after 20 minutes the place was such a mess the same manager literally could not give me an estimate of how much longer it would be.
