Very caring, attentive doctor and I could tell that she's very compassionate about the well being of her patients . I'm a new client and so far I appreciate everything that she stands for as a doctor and for women!!
I would not recommend her. Very impersonal. As a new patient I expected more than a 10 min. office visit for exam, pap, etc. Did not feel she was listening. Seemed in a hurry and exam was uncomfortable.
She is great doctor, staff is aslo good , they always helpful..
Very money hungry, billed me for two separate visits even though i never left the building and i was just waiting for my test results. I waited for an hour and she gave them to me then billed me for two separate visits.
Slam, Bam, Thank You Ma'am -- There was no TLC here, and I could accept that EXCEPT: 1) She HURT - she was just ramming that instrument up there and jabbing and 2) I just got the results -- INCONCLUSIVE! What? she didn't even get enough of a sample to get results? What the heck! I've been getting yearly pap smears for nearly 40 years...and NEVER have I had an experience quite like this..and I've been through a cone procedure which didn't hurt as much as she did! No way.. not going back!
I would recommend her in a heart beat. She is warm, approachable, spends as much time as required and goes over and above of what I expected in terms of explaining and reassuring.
Friendly office, No paper gowns !
Dr Modad so far has not been bad. She does however make me feel very rushed. Administration seems to hate their job, mainly one person I have dealt with. They shut the phones completely off before the office is even closed and they have been very unprofessional, rolling eyes and acting like you are bothering them if you call with any questions and sometimes I don't even get a call back. It has been a very impersonal, get em in and out atmosphere. Very disheartening.
You will be happy at this office IF you don't mind waiting 2 hours to be seen every time you come in, and then having a very rushed time with Dr. Modad. My questions were not answered and I am very frustrated.
