Great visit
Dr. Modad is GREAT! She is friendly and pleasant. She does not rush you with one hand on doorknob like most Drs. She listens and answer all questions. Very professional and detailed. She cares about her patients and it shows. Her office staff are all professional and and friendly. They follow up and give reminder calls. Every visit I've had there has been fantastic. I feel heard and cared for. I'm lucky I could even get her as my doctor. You will be too, and happy!
Dr. Modad is all professional. She listens closely. Dr. Modad is charming, friendly, honest, very helpful. The times I’ve gone to see her I’ve never had nothing negative to say. Her staff is great too! I would highly recommend her. Thank you! ??
She is rude and obnoxious! Very unprofessional and rather curt. She does not take into consideration patients feelings. She asks me about my concerns, tells me that it could possibly be stress, then stress me out even more, and discards my concerns. I expressed my concern regarding the fact that the phone contact was not working properly, then I am told by the staff that the problem was the "scheduling provider," and in turn, the Doc tells me that :"it was an issue with AT&T! She hurt me to the point where it hurt to walk for 3 weeks by abruptly putting the "clamps" in without any lubricant
Very helpful and honest
Involved her own political views and personal bias during my initial exam. I want straightforward medical advice and answers regarding my questions and concerns about risks of procedures, what to expect after, etc. She is not a doctor a level-headed person needs to waste their time in meeting with. I left feeling confused and in complete disbelief, her bedside manner is unprofessional. I read the reviews on this site as well as others and I wish I had not kept my appointment.
Dr. Modad is so kind and knowledgeable. I have been going to her for a couple years now and have only great things to say about my experience at her practice.
At my first appointment, I waited 45 minutes and when seeing her informed her I was new to the area and did not have a Primary Care physician. She snapped at me and left the office rather abruptly, also telling me that a lot of good doctors have moved out of the area, so I would have to pick from the list. I would not feel comfortable returning to her.
