The man who owns this shop is so friendly and helpful. He let me try on several pieces of jewellery before deciding on which ones I wanted to buy and was very patient. All of the jewellery is stunning I will be back for more!
Female lady on the phone is so rude! I called to ask a question about a ring I purchased 30 hours prior, asking if it’s normal for it to scratch and mark so quickly. She was rude, blamed me for the damage and all I have done is wear it like normal for less than 2 days. Basically told me to shove it, and bad luck. Will not be returning, shame as the male owner has a a pleasant lovely customer focused man.
