I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience today at the Lancaster, OH location. It had been awhile since I'd used a tanning bed and Amber, who was the manager, did an outstanding job of educating me and most importantly, making me feel welcome. I'm a stickler for good customer service and she delivered in spades.
