I’ve been tanning here for about 6 months and I love it! The ladies are all very very friendly and always so happy to help! Love this place
The store in Lancaster took $175 out of my account after I terminated my monthly package by the 25th. I had to go to the store 4 times to get a manager to call me back and they refused to return the money they took out of my account. The girls at the store were wonderful especially Lacey, but the management and their customer service is a straight joke. I would not recommend this store because they stole $175 from me per their mistake and they refused to fix it.

The products smell amazing and do a great job at achieving the tan you want as long as it’s used correctly. There’s always room for improvement. But PBT is great in my opinion from always having an answer to my questions to customer service and the very little if any wait time.
