absolutely amazing great place to go to tan the worker there talked to me explained everything to me made me feel right at home.

Absolutely love the staff and beds. I was a LA tan customer and when we were transferred to Palm Beach I thought it was going to be a hot mess and staff was going to be overwhelmed and rude because of it. It was the total opposite. Staff was fantastic and handle the turn over very well. I absolutely enjoy my tanning time at Palm Beach in Lancaster Ohio. Amazing staff and clean facility 😊
If your hours are at 6am then your staff need to be there and ready to work. This is the second time I've waited and no one had shown up.
Not happy tonight at all!! I'm originally a PBT member...you need to come up with a better plan to accommodate this merger. Waited 31 minutes in a metal folding chair because I was told that one of the two highest level beds that I tan in was "pretty much done for the night". Only to have someone walk in and be put into that same bed while waiting all of about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Not impressed, if this is the new normal, I'll pass.
I was a customer at LA tan until everything was transferred there. But I must say I love the place everyone is very friendly and helpful.
